Profitable Sunrise Project (ProSun) is getting thus far very good reviews from their Private Group lending participants. Their parent company is Intereef Ltd. incorporated and licensed in the UK with their main headquarters in London, England.
According to the founder, Roman Novak, in a recent interview: ProSun is not at all wanting to be aligned with any of the risky High Yield MLM style companies. ProSun is not an MLM / network marketing marketing or direct selling company nor are they affiliated with them.
ProSun's parent company, Intereef, Ltd, categorizes themselves as a Collateral or Hard Money Lender program which can quickly provide businesses who need to be “bridged” with short term loans ranging from 5-20 days on average, but up to even 6 months.
Through the interview, we were informed that their bridge loan interest rates can be as high as 2.6- 3%, to approved businesses who have 100% collateral backing and/or insurance. Their website reads that this strong backing can dramatically reduces the default rate thus protecting their investors.
We are told through our interview that Intereef, Ltd. and their affiliate partner companies manage over $200 million in loans currently and as of September 2012, they have had only two loans default in the past year and no loans default in the past seven months. It is reported that they have over 30,000 customers they serve. That may be a combination of their traditional and Private Group participants or just loan borrowers.
The name "Profitable Sunrise" was chosen as a positive affirmation for their Humanitarian "Private Groups". Those group participants are blessed with a higher yield rate on their own participation for supporting their charity.
So does not require any contractual agreement to participate as participant in is not the Company name of which does not appear to be a "company" in itself but more the marketing and charitable arm of under Intereef Ltd.
